The Valencia Racquet Club Homeowners Association is a community of 180 townhomes conveniently located on the northside of Santa Clarita. Our generous floorplans, thoughtfully managed common areas, close proximity to schools, shopping, and reasonable association fees make the Racquet Club an outstanding value for families, singles, and senior citizens alike.

The Valencia Racquet Club Homeowners Association was introduced in 1975 with four floorplans in two and single story models. Since then, our homeowner's association has managed and updated our common areas with both quality and fiscal responsibility in mind.

In addition to the various open areas which include rock gardens, the main common area boasts tennis and basketball courts, swimming pool, spa, clubhouse, open lawns and a professionally maintained new playground for young children.
